FRIDAY: Focused on “Bringing Georgians Together,” Senator Reverend Warnock Heads to DeKalb County to Discuss Jobs, Lowering Costs and Increasing Opportunity for All Georgians at First In-Person Town Hall Meeting

Washington, D.C. – For planning purposes, this Friday, February 4th, 2022, U.S. Senator Reverend Warnock (D-GA) will head to Decatur, Georgia to host his first-ever in-person town hall with local constituents, focused on his work on the federal level to help bridge partisan divides and deliver tangible gains for Georgia to create good-paying jobs and lower costs, strengthen the state’s infrastructure and economy, and expand opportunity for Georgia’s children and hardworking families. 

Senator Reverend Warnock will take questions from the local audience while discussing his first year in office, his work to bring more unity to Washington to move Georgia and the country forward, the progress he’s made in Congress to grow good-paying jobs and boost economic opportunity in every corner of the state, and his legislative priorities to keep Georgia competitive and growing toward a brighter future. Additionally, members of Senator Reverend Warnock’s casework and outreach teams will be on site to assist Georgians with their requests for assistance with federal agencies.

Admission to the in-person Town Hall will begin at 5:00 PM ET, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. While as many attendees will be accommodated as possible, capacity at the event will be limited due to COVID-19 safety precautions, and all attendees will be required to wear masks for the duration of the event.
